Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your Postcards in a Scent™ candle. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

Because our products are scented, we can only accept returns on unused and unopened items.

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged

Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll notify you if it has been approved.


Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are issued for the product price only

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider


Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different scent, please return the unused item and place a new order.


Gifts

If the candle was received as a gift and is unused and unopened, the same return conditions apply. Refunds are issued to the original purchaser.
