We carefully pack and ship every Postcards in a Scent™ order to make sure it arrives safely, wherever you are in the world.
Order processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods such as holidays or special launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.
Shipping destinations
We currently ship within Norway, Sweden, and selected international destinations. Available shipping options and rates will be shown at checkout based on your location.
If your country is not listed, feel free to contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
Shipping times
Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

Norway: 2–5 business days

Sweden: 3–7 business days

International: 5–14 business days, depending on destination and customs processing
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, customs inspections, or seasonal volume.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location, order size, and selected shipping method.
Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

If your parcel appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please reach out to us and we’ll assist you as best we can.
Incorrect addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
